Kudrat Infotech ("Kudrat ERP", "we", "us", or "our") provides a cloud-based, GST Compliant ERP and accounting platform, including our website (kudraterp.com), web application, and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have, whether you access the Service through our website, our Android or iOS app, or the Google Play Store listing.

By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Account & registration data: name, business name, email address, phone number, password, GSTIN, PAN, business address, and role/designation.
• Business & financial data: sales and purchase invoices, inventory and stock records, production/BOM data, ledgers, bank reconciliation details, payroll and TDS records, customer and vendor details, and other records you enter or upload to run your business on Kudrat ERP.
• Payment information: billing details for subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise). Card/payment instrument details are processed by our third-party payment gateway and are not stored on our servers.
• Support communications: messages, attachments, and call/WhatsApp support records when you contact our team.

Information collected automatically

• Device & usage data: device model, operating system, app version, IP address, browser type, pages/screens visited, and actions taken within the app (audit/activity logs).
• Log data: login timestamps, session duration, and error/crash logs to help us maintain security and reliability.
• Cookies & similar technologies: used on our website to remember preferences, keep you signed in, and understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Information from other sources

If you connect third-party services such as Tally, SAP, payment gateways, WhatsApp Business, barcode/e-Way Bill systems, or the GST/NIC portal, we may receive information from those services as needed to provide integrated functionality.

How We Use Information

• To create and manage your account and provide the ERP/accounting features you request.
• To process GST filings, e-Invoicing, e-Way Bill generation, and other statutory compliance functions on your behalf.
• To process subscription billing and send related invoices/receipts.
• To provide customer support, respond to inquiries, and send service-related notifications.
• To monitor, secure, and improve the Service, including detecting fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
• To send product updates, offers, or marketing communications (you may opt out at any time).
• To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations under Indian law.

App Permissions (Mobile App)

Our mobile app may request the following device permissions. We only request what is needed for the related feature, and you can manage these permissions in your device settings at any time.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal or business data. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: hosting/cloud infrastructure, payment processors, SMS/WhatsApp/email delivery providers, and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Statutory & government portals: GST Network (GSTN), NIC e-Invoice/e-Way Bill portals, and other authorities, strictly to complete the compliance actions you initiate.
• Integrated third-party tools: such as Tally, SAP, or WhatsApp, only when you choose to enable an integration.
• Legal requirements: where required to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including AES encryption for data at rest, encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), role-based access controls, two-factor authentication options, automated daily backups, and activity/audit logs. While we work hard to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with accounting, tax, and legal record-keeping requirements under Indian law (commonly up to 8 years for financial records). You may request deletion of your account data, subject to these legal retention obligations.

Your Rights & Choices

• Access & correction: review and update your account and business information directly within the app, or by contacting support.
• Data export: export your reports and records (Excel/PDF) at any time from the dashboard.
• Deletion: request deletion of your account, subject to statutory retention requirements.
• Marketing opt-out: unsubscribe from promotional emails/SMS/WhatsApp messages at any time.
• Permissions: manage device permissions (camera, storage, notifications) through your device settings.

Children's Privacy

Kudrat ERP is a business software product intended for use by business owners, accountants, and employees aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Third-Party Services

Our app is distributed via the Google Play Store and (where applicable) the Apple App Store. Your use of these platforms is also governed by their respective privacy policies. Our Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites and tools (e.g., payment gateways, Tally, SAP, Power BI, WhatsApp); we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.

International Data Transfers

Your data is primarily stored and processed on servers located in India. If any service provider processes data outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection consistent with this policy and applicable law.
